On July 20,  Mr. Xu Jian, Vice President of the company, chaired a meeting to discuss measures for improving production and reducing costs in the second half.

The meeting was attended by superintendents from various departments of the refinery, where they carefully summarized highlights in production and operation in the first half of the year, as well as analyzed areas for further improvement.

In the first half of this year, BSK Refinery made great achievements in aspects of safety, production and process stabilization. However, the overall completion rate against the annual production plan is still unsatisfactory with total production of 16,430 tons of nickel, which is 97.54% of the planned production.

VP Xu pointed out that all managers and superintendents should take initiatives to consolidate management, refine production,  solve key bottlenecks to stabilize product quality. In response to the aim of further reducing production costs in the second half, VP Xu in his speech gave specific arrangements in such areas as production, equipment management, technical de-bottlenecking, safety management, technical modification, inventory curtailment.

Mr. Xu stressed that all departments should spare no efforts to maintain full load production and strengthen safety management in the second half.
